I attended the official fall '10 launch party for IMPROVD at the ATRIUM in soho the other day. The collection was very chic & mature and so was the crowd. Sushi,complimentary cocktails, DJ & live performances from several musicians, and sexy stylish women throughout the store made everything a smooth success.
Speaking to one of the staff members, they stressed to me that IMPROVD is hi end fashion at a decent price point.

MCM fannypack

Vintage Original MCM fannypack(bag).
Who would've known that history would repeat itself(as far as trends).Vintage is the wave now,from trendsetters to even designers are all throwing the word VINTAGE around,The word seems to be as relevant as the name OBAMA.
Although most people may not be able to identify with the MCM brand or the history,they find themselves still wanting to acquire the bags and accessories.For all who want to know,MCM is a luxury brand just like LOUIS VUITTON,GOYARD,etc.But the difference is that MCM was once discontinued and has been outdated for years,which is what kept it in high demand.The Company finally relaunched about 3years ago and even though their design concept went to another direction,they made an effort to keep a so called CLASSIC collection for the vintage lovers.But no matter what,the true trendsetters and collectors appreciate the ORIGINAL VINTAGE MCM from the 80's-early 90's.
