Rapper WALE says JAY Z is the greatest ever,SKIP BALES thinks not..My personal opinion and advice For all Rappers up & coming or veteran,Be the greatest at what you do.JAY Z is the greatest at "what he does".By saying another rapper is the greatest ever you're only limiting yourself(WALE) ! Back in the 90's you had to be nice point blank period and there was no best.The Rap game is so trash now,we all have to surrender and say one is the best.As long as EMINEM,NAS,JADAKISS are alive you can't say any ONE rapper is the best.JAY Z is great just not the greatest ever..sorry
